The Council brings together brothers and sisters from Western Pennsylvania, Youngstown Ohio, Cleveland Ohio (Plasterers), West Virginia, South East United States , and portions of Maryland and Virginia to strengthen their power to gain work hours, protect their rights, improve their training and safety , increase their numbers, and make their voices heard.

If you’re looking for a career in a skilled trade with good wages and benefits and lifelong work in a fulfilling profession, you can earn as you learn to be a plasterer or cement mason through Local Aprrentice Training Programs. Contact the Local Union in your area to learn more.

Already a Journeyperson?

If you’re an experienced plasterer or cement mason, Local Unions offer training classes to keep you at the top of your craft with upgrading and safety courses that incorporate the latest processes, materials and technological breakthroughs.
